Security

Secure connection is activated automatically and confirmed by the display of a closed padlock at the bottom of your browser window. Secure connection ensures that the data transferred can in no way be seen by others.

Password protection
Your PIN is strictly personal and must not be disclosed to any other person. Your PIN should be kept separately from other codes.
To maximise security, the website uses a combined system of static passwords (your Account-holder Code and PIN) and a security token which can be used one-time only (the O-Key code).
Under the security policy of the website, access codes cannot be requested via e-mail or by phone. If you need to request your access codes, contact Customer Service without delay.

Session expired
For your security, website sessions expire after 15 minutes of lack of activity, after which the connection will automatically be interrupted.
To continue banking, reconnect to the website and insert your Account-holder Code, PIN and an O-Key code.
