My Key Business is the new service dedicated to legal entities that allows you to access all information and operate remotely on your business accounts.
With My Key Business, you can access the new section dedicated to legal entities on the Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking website, the Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile app and the Investo app.

- My Key Business is a free service for customers who have selected the O-Key Smart authentication mode**. For customers who have opted for O-Key SMS, the related fee is free; the cost of each SMS received must be added to this, where applicable***.
- You can confirm operations using the O-Key Smart authentication system, which allows you to operate online easily and according to high security standards.
- If you choose to use separate credentials to access the private area and the business area, you will need to provide a mobile number that is different from the one you have registered for your private section
- To use the new online channels and features designed for businesses, you must sign up to My Key as a private individual and have a mobile phone for your exclusive use: please remember to inform your employees as well.

If you are the Legal Representative of your company and want to sign up to the new service, contact your private banker for guidance on how to join My Key Business.
*You may incur a fee for receiving SMS alerts, which will be billed directly by your mobile network operator in accordance with their standard rates. Alternatively or in addition to the SMS alert service, you can receive push notifications on the app and/or by email for free.
** The fee is charged for each request for Credentials in addition to the credentials acquired through the personal My Key, made by the Representatives and/or Delegates. The annual fee is debited from the Business Customer's account.
