Complaints, appeals and settlement

If a dispute arises between the Customer and Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking relating to banking and financial services and products, or to investment services, the Customer may submit a complaint with the Bank.

Furthermore, Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking is a member of some bodies for out-of-court settlement, to whom the Customer may refer if the reply received from the Bank does not meet expectations, or if the complaint has not been acknowledged within the time frame required by law.
