The bank’s Internet, mobile phone and telephone services offer customers a wide range of information and a variety of tools of use in everyday transactions and in the management of their investments.
The Internet, mobile phone and telephone services constitute a 24-hours-a-day branch, and enable customers to enter the bank via their computers or smartphones, or simply by calling the bank’s freephone number.
 
These services can be used to:
  • view current account, securities deposit and credit card balances and movements;
  • arrange for transfers, payments and top-ups to be made;
  • buy and sell shares, bonds and funds;
  • request activation of the Online Statement service in order that customers may receive Bank statements and documents directly on their computers. Online documents replace hard copies thereof, to all effects and purposes, and can be viewed in a secure mode.
 
More demanding customers may also apply for the activation of Trading+ in order to deal on financial markets more quickly and more effectively. Trading + offers a number of important functions that enable customers to follow market developments using push mode, and to control their own updated stock position in real time.
 
The secure nature of the services is guaranteed by the O-Key, a device that generates a new 6-digit numerical code (One Time Password) every sixteen seconds; all the customer has to do is to read the code on the O-Key’s display, and type it in when asked to do so.
Once an O-Key code has been used, it is no longer valid.
