Assistance and security at all times
With the Card Protection Plan, in the event of the loss, theft or unauthorized use of a credit card there is a 24-hour free-phone number 800.900.783 (from abroad + 39.039.657.8055) that can be used to promptly block all the credit cards in a customer’s holder and to apply for reissue of those cards if necessary.
In an emergency whilst abroad, the customer has access to a cash advance service, a replacement credit card and medical support via phone for first aid requirements.
For the purposes of online payment security, you may use your user code and password to apply for a virtual “disposable” card number, or give your identity on MasterCard Secured Code certified sites.
The Secure Payment service may be activated on the Internet, or you may request a virtual credit card by clicking on the Secure Payment link.
By activating the SMS Service, you can control all transactions made using the card.
